2016 - 2019 Capital Fund Appeal

Dear friends in Christ,

What an exciting time this is in the life of Immanuel Lutheran Church. God is leading us in faithfully fulfilling our vision of reaching deeper into our congregation and further our into our community to better know and care for one another. As members of this community of faith we have helped each other listen for Jesus’ knock at the door and discern where our Lord is leading us as we set priorities for this capital appeal. With your guidance we have identified three specific ways we can open doors to those who are knocking and provide spaces that respond to their need.

We ask that you take time to:

• read about the three parts of this appeal:
  1. Welcoming: Caring for our space, making it more vibrant and welcoming
  2. Collaborating: Collaborating with community partners to provide safe haven for youth experiencing homelessness
  3. Sharing: Gratefully sharing with ministry partners in North Minneapolis
• talk and pray about them with your family and your friends, and
• prayerfully consider a financial commitment.
