About the Disciples' Garden
Volunteers will be planting their gardens, getting their hands in the soil, digging, planting and harvesting the bounty of God’s good creation for PROP; a ministry for everybody: individuals, families, Faith Groups, etc.
Working together, we’ll experience a deep satisfaction of getting our hands into the earth, digging, planting and harvesting the bounty of God’s good creation. We’ll experience the awe-inspiring generosity of a God who wants to provide abundantly for all of humankind.
Others have discovered that it’s in the midst of a garden that we connect most intimately to the character and ways of our Creator. We donate the produce to the PROP food shelf so that our neighbors in need have access to fresh, healthy food.
Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to help prepare and plant in May and to tend to the garden during the summer months. We are in need of volunteer to commit to 1-2 hours once a week or every other week to come and play in the dirt!
