Who benefits? Dozens of current and future college and seminary students in need of affordable housing and hundreds of Harrison neighborhood children, youth and adults.
The money will be used to pay down the mortgage on Glenwood House.
In 2012, we promised our ministry partner, Redeemer Lutheran Church, that we would contribute $100,000 for this project, along with some sweat equity. Many of our members volunteered generously of their time to help build Glenwood House, which now provides affordable housing for college and seminary students who do transformational ministry in the Harrison Neighborhood.
