Online Directory & Directory App

Immanuel is updating the member’s directory so that we can keep our congregation’s contact information and photos current and available to our members.

Our online directory enable us to:

• instantly include new members (no more waiting 4-5 years for a new hard-copy directory).
• share current photos so we can better connect names with faces. 
• share cell numbers, email addresses and social media connections (you choose how much information that you’d like to share).

Accessing the Directory:

• Online via any computer: go to our Online Directory and create an account using your email address (your email address must be in the system for you to access the directory), or
• Smartphone App:  APPLE, ANDROID, KINDLE (to access the directory your email address must be in our directory). NOTE: You can also search your App store for “Instant Church Directory” and download and install the App.

Edit My Family

Did you know that our online Church Directory now has an “Edit My Family” option in the menu!?  Now it is even easier to keep your online directory information up to date! You can edit your family information, photo, phone numbers and email addresses right from your phone or device.  When you click on the Submit Edits button to post your changes, our directory administrator will be notified to review your changes, or you can submit your updates using the form below. 

Please keep your online directory photo and content up to date:

• Use the “Edit My Family” feature when you move or change an email address or phone number
• submit a current/favorite photo (that may be from a graduation, Easter, or even Christmas!).  You can email a current photo to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or upload directly using the “Edit My Family” option in the app or online.
• your cell phone number(s) and/or new information using “Edit My Family” or by using the form below.
• bring a photo into the church office and we’ll scan it and upload it (please write your name/names, email addresses and phone numbers on the back of the photo), or
• ask Martin or MaryKay to take a photo of you on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening.
