2026 Bingo Benefit for PROP

Saturday, September 12, 3:00-7:00pm

Come and join the fun under the BIG TENT at our Bingo Benefit for PROP, our local organization that helps people in need.  There will be prizes, food trucks, root beer floats with Culver’s custard, special musical guests, and Bingo callers from several local churches!

Invite your friends and neighbors to join in the fun!  Join us for an hour, or play for the whole four hours. Gift card prizes are awarded for every winning BINGO!

Bring donation items for PROP and place them in the PROP van.  Products most needed by PROP include the following:

• Full size personal care items: Bar Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Men’s and Women’s Deodorant, Pull-Ups: Boys and Girls (all sizes)
• Paper products: Baby Wipes, Kleenex, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper
• Food: Canned Chicken, Canned Chili, Canned Stew, Diced Tomatoes, Canned Fruit, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal (instant/rolled), Healthy Snacks  (granola bars, crackers, pretzels), Pasta Mix/ Sides, Rice (Brown/Mix), Tea/ Coffee, Tomato paste/ Tomato Sauce, 100% Juice (Apple, Orange, Grape, Grapefruit), Pancake Mix and Syrup, Canned Tuna, Pasta Sauce, Jelly, Gluten free items, Ethnic food staples

Volunteers Needed

• Volunteer opportunities include set-up and take-down, selling bingo cards, serving root beer floats and custard, hospitality, and tent security. It takes many hands working together to bring about this wonderful community event and your help is greatly appreciated!  Watch here for a signup in August!

PROP - People Reaching Out to People

PROP's mission is to: compassionately provide food and comprehensive support to our neighbors in need that creates a pathtowards self-sufficiency, helping people in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen, who are facing financial hardship or crisis.

Primary services of PROP include: food shelf, short-term financial help, support for low-income families with children and teens, and support for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
