Losing someone we love is one of life’s most challenging passages. Understanding the grieving process and having the opportunity to explore one’s feelings with others can be helpful and can lead to personal growth and healing.
Five area churches partner to offer this seven-week series to provide education and support to help individuals involved in the grieving process. Each of the seven sessions will provide information and presentation of a topic of interest, as well as a time for sharing in small groups.
Due to the sensitive nature of the topics and ages of the attendees, telephone interviews will be conducted with parents or guardians of those attending the children’s groups.
Registration begins at 5:30. The seven week series will consist of a light meal followed by a speaker from 6:00 – 6:30 and loss specific small groups from 6:30 – 7:30.
