Talking with Kids about Coronavirus

Talking with Kids about Coronavirus

Thursday, April 2, 8pm

Join us for time together to discuss strategies for supporting our youth and families during this challenging turn of events. We will identify specific ways that you can encourage and empower those around you and how to prepare to support during moments of distress.  Hopefully the kids will be settled down in bed by 8pm and you can take some time to connect with Amanda.

Amanda introduces herself this way:
AmandaHi! I’m Amanda Luedtke, a Licensed Mental Health Professional and the Director of Regional Operations- Behavioral Health with Lutheran Social Service. I have been in the social services field for 15 years and have worked with youth, families and adults. I’m passionate about empowering others by reducing barriers to care, providing comfort through education about mental health and creating conversations that allow everyone to be brave when working through difficult life situations. I also loves Zombie movies, Christmas and spending time with my partner, our two adult children and our puppy, Millie!

We’ll meet online using Zoom:
