Come, let’s shout praises to God, raise the roof for the Rock of our salvation! Psalm 95:1-2
To “raise the roof” is to celebrate enthusiastically. We have abundant reasons to “raise the roof” at Immanuel:
In what could be a time of struggle, doubt, and fear, Immanuel is moving forward with faith and hope!
We “raise the roof” because the Raise the Roof Capital Campaign will ensure that our facility is well maintained, eliminating the need for major infrastructure maintenance for years to come. The faithful way we have attended to our church will enable Immanuel to continue as a welcoming place for worship, serving, learning, and community use.
We “raise the roof” because we have lived into our vision of serving others and lived out our value of faithful and generous giving with successful capital campaigns that have not only blessed Immanuel, but included generous gifts to ministry partners. As we tend to our roof and building needs with this campaign, we hope to help other ministries that provide needed shelter, Habitat for Humanity and Simpson Housing Services, with financial gifts that will strengthen their vital and compassionate work.
I invite you to join me in “raising the roof”. Thank you for prayerfully considering a financial gift to our 2022-2025 Raise the Roof Capital Campaign.
In Christ,
Pastor Paul Nelson
