Yoga for Adults

Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm beginning June 22, 2026

Cost is pay-what-feels-right with a suggested donation of $10-$20 per class. All are welcome regardless of ability to pay.

About the instructor: Tara Murphy has been practicing yoga since 2011 to feel grounded, centered, and connected to God. She is a 200 hour Baptiste Power Vinyasa certified teacher as well as a 200 hour certified teacher through Revolution Power Yoga in Vail, CO. Though trained in vinyasa, Tara practices a wide variety of yoga styles and incorporates breath, mindfulness, and ease in her classes. This candlelit, slow flow will encourage you to slow down, let go, and be present.
