Middle School Service-Learning Trip - Duluth, MN
June 21-26, 2026
Grades 6-8 (2025-26 school year)
Cost: $200
The 2026 Middle School Service-Learning Trip cost is being subsidized by the Youth Scholarship Account. Thank you to all the Immanuel members who have contributed to make this possible! (actual cost per student to attend the week = $400)
Our group from Immanuel will be experiencing a week of service, faith and fun, serving Jesus along the North Shore during our summer 2026 service-learning trip! Taking in some of the sights of the North Shore while also partnering with local non-profit organizations working with the people of Duluth to create change. We're set up for a great week with many different experiences!
Packing List & Departure Information
Payments: $100 deposit - January 15, 2026.
$100 final payment - May 15.
Schedule: Blessing in worship at 9:00am on Sunday, June 21st. Pack vans and depart afterwards. Return: Friday, June 26th @ 12:00pm.
Meals: Meals will be made in a group setting or eaten out.
Lodging: UW Superior, Wisconsin
Travel: Our Adult Leaders will be driving students to/from Duluth.

High School Service-Learning Trip - Chicago, IL
July 26-31, 2026

Our group from Immanuel will be traveling to Chicago for a week of service, faith and fun! Taking in some of the sights of Chicago while also partnering with Jesus People and some other non-profit organizations working with the people of Chicago to create change. We're set up for a great week with many different experiences in the city!

Payments: $100 non-refundable deposit due January 15, 2026
$100 payment due March 31, 2026
Group Meetings Schedule: TBD
Transportation: We will be renting vehicles to drive to/from Chicago. While in the city, we will be using the vehicles as well as some public transportation as we head to service sites and excursions within the city.
Food: All meals will be covered on the trip.
