Love, friendship, marriage, parenting, growing old  – life is all about relationships!

And because people grow and change, relationships go through changes too.

CrossRoads is designed to help adults meet the challenges of life transitions knowledgably, faithfully, and in fellowship with one another.

The Adult Faith Formation Committee of Immanuel knows how important your personal relationships are to you, and how times of transitions in those relationship bring both blessings and challenges. At CrossRoads events, we work together to understand those changes, see what God is doing in and through them, and support one another as we grow in faith.

A Celebration of Marriage

Sharing the Journey of Young Adulthood

Grandparenting (and “Aunt-ing” and “Uncle-ing”)

  • Spring of 2012
  • Offering an opportunity for extended family to learn and talk about their roles in the lives of the children they love.

2012-2013 CrossRoads offerings:

o Empty Nesting: what does it mean to be family/couple when the children leave home?

o Retirement: How do I find meaning and purpose, once I leave the workforce?

o Single/divorced/remarried: Living strong, with or without a spouse

New CrossRoads are being developed for 2013-14 as well. If you have an idea for a CrossRoads topic, or if you want to be part of the planning for any of the above topics, contact Pastor Susan @ 937.8123 or susan@immanuel.us
