Building a Better Working Memory

January 09, 2020

Carolyn Suerth HudsonCarolyn Suerth Hudson is employed by Nutritional Weight and Wellness.  She is a registered and licensed dietitian through the Minnesota Board of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Carolyn’s topic will be “Building a Better Working Memory”.  Carolyn understands the impact nutrition has on health and well-being both professionally and personally. Working in a remote town in northern Canada, she saw the impact poor nutrition had on the health of people there. While in school, Carolyn became very ill and to restore her health, she turned to nutrition. Within a short period of time, her symptoms cleared and her energy returned.

The morning will begin at 9:30 with coffee.

Carolyn’s program will follow with a light lunch served afterwards.

Cost for the morning is $10.
